The space One bed, one bathroom cottage with living room a kitchen space; conveniently located 0.5 miles from the wildlife refuge Bedroom - Has a queen Tempur-Pedic mattress bed. Two night stands with ample closet space. Bathroom- Has standard accommodations including a shower, sink and toilet. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash provided. Kitchen- Basic small fridge, electric oven cook top. Sink and drying rack. No dishwasher and no garbage disposal. *Electric hot water kettle, coffee maker with coffee pods, microwave and cooking/eating utensils. Brita Filter provided. Living Room- Large couch, Internet, Smart TV (feel free to sign into your favorite streaming services for entertainment). Window A/C Unit, Propane Heating (Off between June-September, can be turned on per guests request). TV- Does not currently have cable. You will have to stream or cast your phone. Currently working on finding a local provider. Front Yard- Large fenced in yard with picnic table, perfect for letting your dogs stretch their legs and “smell the roses” Guest access Front yard and home. Access from the bedroom to outside as well as the kitchen to outside are off limits. These are to be used for emergency exits only. Other things to note Pets are welcome. We ask that you respect our home. Please do not leave unruly pets unattended. Also, please pickup after your pet, this includes yard waste.
