Newly renovated in its entirety, this beautiful exposed stone house, with pebbles from the Durance Valley is ready to welcome you! Located just 5 minutes from the Valensole plateau and the Durance valley, the cottage is the perfect base from which to discover the wonders of Provence! The space The interior of the vacation rental, fully equipped, is spread over 3 levels: - the ground floor with the kitchen/dining area as the main living room, the living room giving access to a pleasant outdoor terrace, furnished with a garden furniture, a summer kitchen, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a plancha. Presence of a separate toilet with sink. Filter coffee maker + Senséo as well as all the kitchen necessities. - the 1st floor with 3 independent bedrooms including a suite with bathroom + WC, an independent bathroom with WC. - the 2nd floor with 1 sleeping area arranged on the mezzanine and one bedroom with two single beds. With the exception of the bedroom with two single beds, all the others are double beds, i.e. 4 double beds. Bed linen is provided, but not towels. Mobile fans are present. Parking is available in the courtyard and in front of the cottage, about 4 cars. Wi-Fi access (fiber) and 2 TVs. End of stay cleaning included. For mountain biking and e-mountain biking enthusiasts: numbered spaces are present in several towns all around the gîte to make beautiful hikes of all levels (Terres Noires to Digne for example).
