The house is conveniently located extremely close (3-5 min walk) to Baseline Rd. and Foothills Parkway, where you will find several shopping areas of Boulder. You will find restaurants, a grocery store, Walgreens, liquor store, urgent care, and more. Chautauqua Park and Mt. Sanitas Hiking Trail are less than a 10 minute drive from the house (also several other trails). In addition, its close proximity to Foothills Parkway makes it easy to leave the Boulder area if you are traveling outside of Boulder to Denver, Rocky Mtn National Park, the Boulder Reservoir, or the Summit County area for skiing and snowboarding. If you decide to ski or snowboard closer to Boulder, Eldora Mountain Resort is only a 40 minute drive. Upon entry to the house, walk up the stairs to a large living room with a huge comfy sectional couch, 65 inch flatscreen tv, 8 person dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sliding glass door to the raised deck that looks over the big back yard and the Boulder bike/walking path. Upstairs there is one master bedroom room (king bed), 2 other bedrooms (both have queen beds), and a full bathroom. All the bedrooms have a theme!
