A 60 ft dock w/separate swim platform, and a convenient location to the public boat launch expands swimming, fishing and boating possibilities. On sunny days, enjoy games on the expansive lawn or in the vintage paddle tennis court, which also features a basketball hoop. On rainy afternoons, the home is well appointed with board games puzzles, & cozy nooks designed for curling up with a good book. This home has all the amenities necessary for preparing meals together and enjoying unplugged family time. The large deck and sunroom are perfect spaces for gathering together.
