The space Escape to our luxurious Kawakawa Bay retreat, a stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home nestled above the bay with breathtaking 180-degree coastal views. This is the perfect getaway for couples, friends, or families seeking an ideal blend of comfort, relaxation, and natural beauty. Inside, the spacious main house features: Two separate living and dining areas, perfect for larger groups. A cozy fireplace for cooler evenings. A fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals. An air conditioner in the hallway near the bedrooms. Comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests, with a portable cot available for one infant upon request. Step outside onto the massive deck, your private entertainer's paradise: A covered outdoor living area. A built-in fire/grill for barbecues. A heated swimming pool. A spa pool with a magnificent view. Ample space for alfresco dining and sunset cocktails. Bedroom & Bathroom Layout: The home features four comfortable bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, plus a separate toilet room. Please note: One bedroom has direct access to the separate toilet room (which does not have a shower). Guests in this room can access a full bathroom by passing through an adjoining bedroom. The third full bathroom is located externally, accessible from the covered deck and down a short flight of stairs, perfect for use with the pool. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Main House and its wonderful amenities. This includes: The solar heated swimming pool. The spa pool. The covered outdoor deck with its built-in barbecue/fire. The tennis court (tennis rackets are available for your use). For the privacy and safety of all, there is no guest access to the main house garage, the pool engine room, the separate Guest House, or the garage at the top of the driveway. Other things to note Host Proximity: We live nearby on the property, so we are available to provide a quick response should you need any assistance during your stay. Shared Amenities: The driveway and the tennis court are shared with guests staying in the separate Guest House on the property. Water Conservation: Our water is supplied by a rainwater collection system. We greatly appreciate your mindful conservation of water during your stay. Security: For your security and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are installed to monitor the property, given its remote location. Lawn Maintenance: Our lawns on the seaward side of the property have been freshly sown. There is a steep concrete driveway up to the property. There is to be no parties, no confetti and no decorations attached to painted walls or furniture. The booking is for the agreed number of guests. Please discuss if you would like additional visitors.
