Just under the Vrmac hill, in the Bay of Kotor, there is a small Mediterranean village called Prčanj. It is known for its typical Mediterranean architecture and favorable climate, and is also considered a natural health resort. Our house is located on the sea coast above a small sandy beach, from which we are separated only by the local road Kotor-Tivat. All studio apartments (there are 4 of them) are located on the ground floor of the house and face the sea. The space In front of the studio is a terrace where you can enjoy the first morning rays of the sun while drinking your first morning coffee. The apartments are 18 m2 in size and are fully equipped. They have: a mini kitchen with complete utensils for food preparation, bathroom, air conditioner, TV, WiFi, balcony furniture on the terrace, iron, hair dryer... Guests are provided with two deckchairs and a beach umbrella and a parking lot behind the house. Bicycle and kayak rentals can be arranged, and guests who want to explore the area can enjoy hiking, snorkeling, and cycling.
