A 3-minute walk from the house, you will find tram 12, which connects to the subway in Alvik, about 40 minutes from central Stockholm. The space The villa is decorated in a Scandinavian style – minimalist, clean, and understated. The property offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed for two people and one with a single bed. On the upper floor, there is a spacious TV/living room with a sofa that can be converted into an additional sleeping space (bed dimensions 37 × 83 inches / 95 × 210 cm). If needed, it is also possible to set up an inflatable air mattress here, providing an additional sleeping space and making the accommodation suitable for up to five people. On the lower floor, there is a large open living room and a dining area – perfect for cozy evenings or social gatherings. A charming backyard with a covered terrace offers the opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home.
