The space The apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator in the housing association. The studio has a good 160 cm wide, a new kitchen with appliances, a cozy balcony with park views, a toilet and a shower. Wifi for guests. Other things to note Arrival is easy by car (private parking) or by public transport (direct bus connection from the railway and bus station). The city center is about 5 km away and the university is 1.6 km away. Shops and pharmacy are about 300m away, the nearest restaurant is across the road. Nature with its wonderful hiking trails is close and the beach is about 400m away. Check-in Monday-Friday 5-8 pm, weekends 3-8 pm. Check-out at 12 noon. If you need an applied check-in or check-out, feel free to ask! Smoking in the apartment and on its balcony is strictly prohibited. A smoking area can be found near the lower door of the house.
