Farmhouse Apartment

1906 Farmhouse sitting on 6 acres surrounded by farmland. Portions of the home are updated for a peaceful secluded stay. One bedroom with adjoining bath, living room, dining room, study and large kitchen are included. The space Spacious one bedroom farmhouse with master bathroom, living room, dining room, and study. An open floor plan includes the living, dining and kitchen. A covered patio is also available. Guest access Guests may use all areas of the house except three rooms in the original 1906 portion of the house. These rooms have not been updated and are locked. There are no shared spaces in the house. Other things to note This is an older home that does not have central heat and air. There are window units that keep the house cool in the summer and a wood stove augmented by space heaters for cooler days. Behind the house is an old barn, ice house and the original kitchen. All of these building are in a state of disrepair and are not safe. Please do not enter them. Please remove your shoes when entering the house. The floors are old but the rugs are new. No smoking or parties are allowed. Finally, there are a couple of friendly cats that love attention but are not allowed in the house. The acreage behind the house has pigs on pasture. Please do not enter their pasture.
