The entrance of the apartment opens onto a spacious kitchen equipped with an induction stove with 4 burners, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and equipped with all the cabinets including wine glasses. The dining table, comfortable for 4 people, can accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa, which comfortably seats 3, is flanked by an elegant light wood armchair, perfect for watching TV or reading a book while admiring the marina from the spacious outdoor balcony with sea view. The latter is equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy relaxing moments during the beautiful summer evenings or to admire the sunrise during the beautiful summer days.
