The entrance of the apartment opens onto a spacious kitchen equipped with an induction stove with 4 burners, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and equipped with all the cabinets including wine glasses. The dining table, comfortable for 4 people, can accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa, which comfortably seats 3, is flanked by an elegant light wood armchair, perfect for watching TV or reading a book while admiring the marina from the spacious outdoor balcony with sea view.
