2BHK house near KPHB Hyderabad

Unique house with plenty of greenery around. We as a family of 4 offering our own House here as we are not living there anymore. its 2BHK / 1.5-Bathroom located in one of the most peaceful colonies near KPHB. Very central, 5-min walk to Metro station and the main Road. We hope to offer you the best experience with our house. Other things to note Please read below information: Maid: Maid is available in case you need to get the house cleaned during your stay. But the cleaning expenses during your stay are to be paid by you after discussing with the maid directly. Colony Access: Our colony has gates for all the connecting colonies. They will be closed from 11PM until 4AM all days. Only Main road access is open and can be used to come to the house in case you are arriving after 11 PM. Hot Water: Being an nature oriented person, we have only Solar water heater. So it may be that now and then ( in winter or in rainy days) you may have limited hot water. Should be enough as we (family of 4) lived there for almost 6 years.
