Charming farmhouse at the foot of St Restitut, perched village of the Provencal Drome, ideally located at the junction of the Vaucluse, the Ardèche and the Gard. Food, markets, estates and cellars, visits to castles and sites, nature walks, mountain biking, caves and rivers... A 5mn walk, bakery, post office, pharmacy, doctor, hairdresser, 3 restaurants. Comfortable farmhouse, not overlooked, hotel bedding 180 X 200, private hot tub, shared pool. It is a new construction of 43 m2, including a beautiful living room and bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a terrace out of sight, equipped with its hot tub, electric BBQ, 2 sunbathing, umbrella, table and outdoor chairs. Bedding can be arranged in a 180 X 200 bed or 2 90 X 200 BEDS depending on your wish. There are USB outlets in the rooms. The TV is equipped to receive Netflix, prime, Canal+etc... Other things to note There are only two of us. The cottage and our house are on the same grounds and are separated by a gate so that Shelby our dog, very nice and cuddly, does not bother you.
