The space The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen, large living room with armchairs and sofa bed, and access to the fantastic terrace overlooking the lake, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a bright double bedroom with lake view. In addition to the terrace, a small outdoor area adjacent to the kitchen. The crown jewel is the direct access to the beach! The apartment is on the -1 floor, you will have to go down some stairs. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the apartment, the terrace and the outdoor area adjacent to the kitchen. Please note: at the end of the terrace there is an aviary with canaries! Other things to note The tourist tax required by the municipality of San Siro is €1.50 per person per day up to the seventh day of stay (after this period no additional payment is required).
