Full kitchen, gas range, microwave, brand new Bosch dishwasher, no oven aside from a decent sized toaster oven, but you have so many restaurants nearby, who cares? Full-size laundry washer and dryer in basement. Also, full basement level has new egress windows as of mid-2021, but it is still mainly a storage/laundry space. Please don't use the basement as a bedroom until it is finished. The second bedroom and the living room can also be used for guests via sofa beds for extra guests by prior arrangement. Guest access This is a family property.
