Mirador del Fito 8 km from the house. Very well connected to Gijón, Villaviciosa, Oviedo, Ribadesella, Picos de Europa, etc. Descent of the Sella en Piragua 30 minutes away. On the annexed plot they are building a house that is expected to end in October 2026, so it is possible that there will be noise and some other disturbance due to the development of the work.
