A VACATION HOUSE overlooking the garden, old apple trees, linden trees, birch trees and walnuts. In the Bieszczady Mountains, close to the lake. The space HOLIDAY HOUSE - 28 m2, small terrace with table and armchairs and a glass front and a view of the garden with old apple trees, linden trees, birches and walnuts; - the cottage has a bedroom with a double bed (with bed linen and towels), a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a bathroom and a kitchenette with a 4-burner electric stove, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher and a full set of dishes and pots. It is an open plan - there is no internal door between the bedroom and the living room; - there is underfloor heating throughout the house; - PARKING SPACE, located right next to the cottage and is free of charge; - INTERNET, Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, it is an Orange fiber optic link with a reinforced signal; - The TV receives basic terrestrial TV channels and Netflix. - HOTEL NIGHT, starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival, ends at 10:00 on the day of departure; If you have any additional questions, please write, I will be happy to answer them :) :) Other things to note We run a place called LETNISKO/Polańczyk, we provide our guests with holiday houses, apartments and rooms. The house we live in and the holiday houses in the garden are located at 16 Równa Street; - 450 m from the beach at the Cypel Holiday Resort - 900 m from the Green Beach, - the promenade at Zdrojowa Street is about 950 m away. In the garden there are 4 cottages for our guests: three double and one triple. In the main building, which is a typical 1970s villa/square, there are also rooms and apartments for rent. One of the floors is occupied by the owners who take care of everything - they are helpful, but their presence is discreet:)
