Sunny&cosy 1-bed Boho chic flat with free parking

We are delighted to share our sunny and stylish home located in a peaceful residential area, only minutes away from the city center. The apartment is located in a building with more than 100 yrs of history which we recently renovated with a brand new fully fitted kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, wifi and all modern commodities you will need to enjoy your stay. With its free parking space and lovingly decorated interiors it is ideal for a nice and cosy getaway. The space Hello and welcome to our home! We live here in the same building and this apartment has been our own home for the past few years where we made many happy memories and spent a lot of time to make it feel like a loving home. Although we have since moved upstairs we are always around and happy to help with anything you may need. Since this has been our own home for many years we put a lot of love and and attention in decorating the space - from our super cosy yellow sofa to a wide super kingsize bed with to colourful dressers, quality bedding and towels - each item is carefully selected to create a welcoming and stylish space where you feel at home. With its neighbouring buildings, our house is one of the oldest in the neighbourhood and has a lot of history to tell. It's been around for almost 120 years, originally home to an embroidery factory and since converted into a home where our family, relatives and lots of friends have lived ever since. Although you cannot see anything from its former stitching glory days, the house still has a lot of unique and charming corners. We recently renovated the house from top to bottom, giving it a modern facelift but preserving its very own charm with some of its vintage doors still intact, unique stairwell and little nooks and corners that we fell in love with and hope you will too! Above everything else we will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible, providing soaps, shampoo, hairdryer, fresh towels and have stocked the kitchen with all the basics you may need such as a Nespresso coffee machine, tea and spices. Guest access You will have access to the full apartment and a parking space. Other things to note Since this is our own home and we live just upstairs with our two small boys we kindly want to note that you might be hearing us from time to time. We did our best to renovate the house with thick walls and soundproofing the floors but there is still a chance you will encounter us in the staircase and hear some noise during the day from our children. The apartment has a second room set up with a sofa and clothes storage for a stay of two people and which can be transformed into another bedroom with a comfortable super king size bed when booked for 3 or 4 adults. When travelling with small children we are more than welcome to set up the second room for a small additional daily fee. However, we want to note that the bathroom is attached to the main bedroom which would mean to either enter walking-through the main bedroom or there is another door to enter from the hallway. It is absolutely fine for families but we would not recommend staying here with someone you dont know very well as the bathroom is shared and thus limits your privacy a little bit. On another note, there is also a wonderful cafe just next to our home with wonderful breakfast, superb coffee, Italian specialities and unique decorations to shop (some that you will find in the apartment already) and is definitely worth a stop by. Since its in high demand for breakfast and brunch we recommend to book a space for breakfast in advance but we are also more than happy to help making a reservation for your stay.
