A place for record breaking nostalgia, easy access to Goodwood for horse or motor racing, and for hiking the South Downs. Local pub and top restaurant within a short walk, and all in a peaceful space, far from the maddening crowds. The space A two bedroom bungalow with lounge and dining room. A spacious kitchen overlooking garden and old meadow. One of the two bedrooms is used for clothing and storage but also has a single foldaway bed. Guest access Access to Cottage, own private driveway, garden area and a small secure paddock where dogs can run free. There is also a small enclosed, heated, swimming pool, available to guests during the year from April to the end of October. Other things to note The Cottage, swimming pool and garden is a no smoking or vaping area. Please respect this request.
