Utopia is great place to stay and relax. We are a 15 minute drive from Garner State Park and 15 minutes from Lost Maples State Park. Whether you are planning on floating the Frio or hiking the hills we have a place for you to stay. We also have plenty of wildlife right in the back yard for you to enjoy. The space Our property is completely private for you. There is a gated entrance in the front and fences all the way around the property. Our place is named after the 3 beautiful oak trees that shade the back yard. No need for a porch they provide all the shade you need. We have bird feeders and deer feeders so you can enjoy the local wildlife.
