House located in the town of Plédran in the Côtes d'Armor that will offer you a quiet stay in the countryside. The space Single-story house renovated in 2023 with two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a 160*200 bed for two people and the second a bunk bed with a 140*200 bed at the bottom and 90*200 at the top. There is also spacious storage. The living room is equipped with a lounge area with a 3-seater sofa as well as 2 armchairs. A TV will be at your disposal as well as an internet connection with Wi-Fi. The refurbished kitchenette is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop and fridge. Dishes will be at your disposal as well as a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A large bathroom with extra-flat shower tray and a double sink. The toilets are private. Bed linens and bath linens are provided and included in the price. Other things to note For one-night rentals, we ask guests to bring their own towels. Bed linens will still be provided.
