Beautiful two bedroom limestone, duplex on a corner lot centrally located near downtown Indianapolis. Spacious bedrooms, living room with fireplace and surround sound, a finish basement with laundry room and additional sleeping area, enclosed patio and a huge yard. A peaceful and quiet neighborhood with several shopping centers nearby and close to Indy’s attractions including Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indianapolis Zoo, The Children Museum, Newfields Art Museum and Indiana convention center. The space The master bedroom has a queen bed, double closets and flat screen TV. The other guest room has a full size bed with a writing desk. The spacious living room has a wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV with surround sound. The finished basement has a futon and twin bed, computer desk and games. Guest are not allowed to smoke inside of the home. Guest access Guest has access to the whole duplex with the exception of the laundry room and storage areas. Guest can request access to the laundry room for longer stays at a $20 weekly rate. Other things to note The home is located near a shopping plaza which is only a 5 minute drive which includes a grocery store. We do not have any cameras inside of the home and the security alarm we will controlled remotely so please do not touch the alarm panel upon arrival.
