The space The villa has 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with king-size bed and secondary bedroom with 2 queen-size beds) with full bathrooms, an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, laundry area, and a beautiful terrace with patio and private pool. With televisions in the bedrooms and living room, Internet service throughout the villa, and 24-hour security. Guest access Unwind at the beach club and enjoy Italian restaurants, grilled meats, or fried fish to your liking, right on the oceanfront. Clubhouse with a swimming pool and children's area. Golf Course (extra cost) Transportation to the beach and back in golf carts. Other things to note Upon confirming your reservation, our co-host, Ámbar, will contact you to send you a Guest Registration Form, which you must complete and return digitally before your arrival, along with a photograph of the valid official identification of the booking holder. Complex access bracelet The complex requires all guests staying 30 nights or less to purchase an access wristband at a cost of RD$300 per person (approximately US$5). For stays longer than 30 nights, the cost is US$10 per person per month. Payment for the bracelet must be made in cash (Dominican pesos or US dollars) or by local bank transfer in the Dominican Republic. No credit cards accepted. The bracelet allows access to all the pools in the complex (including the main pool), the gym, the beach club, the chaise lounges and the umbrellas. Padel courts are available within the complex, but their use has an additional cost set by the administration. Check-in and Checkout Check in is after 3:00 PM Check-in instructions for the villa will be sent shortly before your arrival. As long as availability allows and there is no scheduled check-out on the same day, we can offer a courtesy check-in starting at 12:00 PM. Check out is by 11:00 AM. If availability allows and we don't have another booking with an arrival on the same day, we can gladly offer a complimentary late check-out until 1:00 pm. Please check in advance. Thank you. Although you must vacate the villa to allow it to be cleaned and prepared for the next guests, you can continue to enjoy the beach, the pools and other common areas of the complex for the rest of the day. Additional information This accommodation does not include food or beverages. The villa is located inside the Playa Dorada golf course. The beach club is less than a 9-minute walk away, and concierge staff can also transport you between the lobby and the beach club, subject to availability. We appreciate your being mindful of energy consumption during your stay. For bookings of up to six (6) nights, there is no charge for electricity usage. For stays of seven (7) nights or more, electricity consumption is charged separately at a rate of US$0.20 per kilowatt-hour (kWh). A photo of the electric meter will be taken on the day of your arrival and another the day before your departure to calculate the corresponding consumption. Payment can be made in cash or, if you prefer, through Airbnb via a payment request. The villa has a private heated pool. If you use the pool heater, please turn it off when you are no longer using it to help save energy and take care of the equipment. Due to the tropical climate, the fact that the villa remains closed when not occupied, and the fact that it is a relatively new building, you may notice a slight musty smell upon arrival. This quickly disappears when the property is ventilated. We recommend opening doors and windows for a few minutes to enjoy a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. Please turn off the lights, air conditioners, and pool heater when not in use or when you leave the villa. Your cooperation helps us reduce energy consumption, protect the environment, and maintain more sustainable accommodations for all our guests. Before your departure, please place the trash in the nearest outside dumpster. Our co-host, Ámbar, will be available to assist you before, during, and after your stay. No suitable for pets We appreciate you taking care of the villa and treating it as if it were your own home.
