Taxi’s and uber also available. ⛴️ Enjoy incredible panoramic views from the spectacular coastline, over city rooftops, to the beautiful working harbour. Observe the tug boats skilfully manoeuvre coal giants, cruise ships and more with ease. Other things to note 👙 We are located just a short stroll along the beachfront from the iconic Newcastle Ocean Baths, a must visit during your stay! The baths were reopened at the end of 2023 after refurbishment, the first in 100 years, and are now heritage listed. Every Wednesday over summer the baths close for cleaning. 🎊 Beachside Luxe is also well situated to access many local events. Whatever the season, Newcastle is buzzing with theatre, exhibitions, live music, sporting events and more. 🌅 For those coming for work or study, enjoy easy and walkable access to the CBD, light rail, a morning/after five walk or swim, restaurants and bars. 🎆 If you are coming to stay for New Year's Eve, most of the 9pm fireworks display will be visible from the apartment. If you are wanting to get closer to the action we recommend the harbour side 'Foreshore Park', a 5-10 minute walk. 📝 Please note the following regulations apply to all stays: - guests are subject to the strata by-laws, 🚫 NO smoking or pets are permitted inside or on the balcony. - the NSW STRA Code of Conduct imposes certain behaviour standards on guests in short-term rental accommodation, including: you must not make noise that unreasonably disrupts your neighbours, you must not cause damage to the premises.
