Spacious rural house with patio and furnished garden, nestled in the lush Selva di Fasano and 15 minutes from the beach. The space Casa Verdia is a semi-detached structure that is spread over a single floor. The entrance leads directly into the large open space, where a large archway divides the living room from the open kitchen; the latter is equipped with various amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two of which have a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. The two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, complete the layout. The added value of the property is definitely the outdoor spaces: surrounded by a large furnished garden, the house also has a furnished patio and a barbecue for delicious dinners to be enjoyed outdoors. Free wifi and a washing machine are available in the accommodation. Guests will benefit from four outdoor parking slots inside the property.
