Spacious room, with double bed (135 cm), three-door closet, and large table. Smart TV only, no cables. It is a 2nd floor, older apartment, maintained to a basic standard. View to the street. No public washing machine in the house but a laundry place 1 min away. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with three other rooms. You are very welcome to use everything you find in kitchen & bathroom if you PLEASE CLEAN after yourself and respect others. ARRIVAL UNTIL 21:00 MAX, OTHERWISE 6am NEXT DAY! The space The apartment is on the second floor. It's an old apartment, but we keep it as good as possible. It's not a luxurious apartment, but there's everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen for cooking. You are more than welcome to use everything you find, from shampoo to hair dryer in the bathroom; from tea, coffee, salt, pepper to vinegar and oil in the kitchen, if you want to keep it clean, as the apartment is shared with other people. There's only one bathroom. Each bedroom has a lockable door. We turned the living room into a bedroom as well. We have a cleaning lady who does regular checks, but we ask for your cooperation in cleaning. It's a great, inexpensive place to stay if you collaborate and clean up what you use. Guest access You access the appartment block via the front door and then take the stairs. If you are not able to walk up stairs at all, then I would advise you look for a different place During your stay We will meet you to hand you the keys in person. We are usually very responsive on the chat or by phone if needed. Both our phone numbers are on the fridge if you need them. Other things to note We do have a cleaner that comes very regularly but the most important house rule is the cleanliness. We do ask you please to leave the kitchen and the bathroom as you find it as these are shared. There is one bathroom only. This means: When you take a shower, please do not leave the bathroom totally wet; there is a mop you can use to quickly mop the floor; When you cook, please clean your pots and plates after you use them. We will be strict with that and send you reminder, not because we want to be the police but because the house is shared with others.
