Guest access You get the entire mother in law basement apartment that isn't shared with anyone. Phil is the owner of the home and lives above!! (Jereme your host is Phil's son just so you know :) The main thermostat for the home is in the upstairs unit and we can regulate the heating and the cooling of the home remotely. The home is on the same very large lot with another separate home that is also an airbnb! Although the back house airbnb is set back you may see people coming and going from time to time. Phil is super friendly so always wave if you see him on your way in! You are at least 500-700' from the other home. This is a basement unit so you may hear some slight noise from upstairs but since it's the owner he is usually fairly quiet ! You'll have about 3 off street parking spots behind the home on the gravel. There is also free street parking. Other things to note PET RULES/FEES: We allow (2) pets ! You must agree to: $25/night per pet fee (Please note taxes are not included in this fee), added to booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets. Please keep the pets out of the bedrooms. Look forward to hosting you and your pet!! The location really is great for pets, especially with the park nearby. If you have a service animal we are 100% compliant on these laws but you are still asked to inform us AHEAD OF TIME OR IT WILL NATURALLY BE ASSUMED IT IS A PET, and you are still responsible for all cleaning and/or damage to the premises that occurs as a result of the animal. ESA in Utah is not the same as a service animal and will be treated as a pet. Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
