This superbly located home has easy access to everything by tram and walk. The studio is located in the atmospheric and historic Punavuori. Studio is on the first floor. Studio is best for couples and friends. For an additional fee, a floor mattress is available The space One large room with an open kitchen, a 160cm wide double bed, a dining table, a TV, and a small couch. Storage space for clothes. The apartment also has a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with essential necessities. The kitchen has a small refrigerator and stove. The listing doesn't have an oven. The listing has not been recently renovated, for this reason it also has an affordable price level. However, it's a nice little basic clean apartment where several of our guests have been comfortable at a budget price for longer periods of time and come back again :) Other things to note The apartment is well connected to public transportation. The key is picked up near the apartment from the key service with the smart toilet. Using a smartlock requires wifi, or you can save the information to your phone in advance. Check-in instructions will appear on airbnb under 48 hours before check-in. It's about 400 meters from the pickup location to the apartment (about a 5-7 minute walk). Please note that this is self check-in. The entrance door to the key pickup point opens with a smart lock and a lockbox at the pickup point with a code. The instructions can be viewed in advance 48 hours before check-in, and you can ask for help in advance if needed, the instructions are very specific with photos, and there's also a simple tutorial video. This service allows our guests to check-in freely between 4pm and 10pm. Most of our customers are very happy with self check-in, but some don't read the instructions in advance, and we'll get negative feedback.
