Past the living room, there is a formal dining table with 6 gorgeous leather chairs, and a leaf may be added to accommodate 8 comfortably. There is a printer and a monitor in the dining room cabinets for those working from home. Off the kitchen, a small patio with sliding doors offers a connection with the neighborhood dog walkers and joggers as you sip your morning coffee. Later in the day, the well equipped kitchen could inspire you to make a simple pasta or assemble a delicious selection of deli tapas for dinner. Family and friends can sit at the sleek countertop bar or coffee table and recap the fun day with you. Off the kitchen is a cute powder room.
