Spacious sea view villa with pool, located in a quiet area on the side of a hill, a short distance from shops, restaurants, the beach, but away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. From the large elevated terrace you enter the pool, part of the pool is a pool bar and a roofed gazebo where you can have a pleasant breakfast and watch the sunrise over the sea. The villa is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kitchen unit and has its own parking lot. The space The villa has a large living room with a sofa set, TV, kitchenette and dining table. Two large bedrooms have a wardrobe and a 180 cm wide bed, the third bedroom is smaller and has a 140 cm wide bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, two bedrooms have a view of the pool and the sea, one has a view of the mountains and the garden. There are sunbeds by the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a hob, dishwasher, grill, fridge, dishes, kettle, toaster. Guest access The villa is rented in its entirety, the guest has full use of it. Access is limited only to the area under the villa where the equipment is stored. Other things to note Water and final cleaning are included in the price, electricity is included up to 70 kWh/day, in the case of overconsumption, 10 THB/kWh is charged for exceeding 70 kWh/day limit.
