Your unforgettable Dunedin experience begins here! The space The space consists of a generous double room, a lounge area with a 42 TV (Netflix/Disney included). There is a kitchenette with all the essentials (sink / toaster / jug / microwave / air fryer and fridge). A bathroom with large free standing shower and heated floors. Guest access You will have your own access into the property, lock code provided on day of arrival. And although this is part of our house, there is no access internally for host/guest interaction. Other things to note Please note that this is a family home and we live upstairs with two young kids, a boisterous dog and a cat. There can be some noise from time to time, particularly in the mornings before school. But we also like to wrap up the day early, having a settled house around 8pm. Traveling with an infant? We’re happy to welcome infants under 2 years old at no extra cost. However, please be aware that the property is not equipped with infant bedding, cots, or linens. Guests staying with babies are required to bring their own bedding and sleep items appropriate for their child. This helps us keep the cleaning costs uniform for all guest staying with, or without an infant. The guest is responsible for their child’s safety at all times, If you require anything specific for your child, please send your request prior to booking.
