This is a plot of land on a 1 acre property. You will get one of 3 campsites on the shared property. Property comes with lake access! This is a take in take out campsite. No trash can be left behind! You may or may not encounter other guests. Come kayaking,biking,or hiking! No water,electricity. This is true camping! This is a campsite is in an apple orchard in a common camping area. Plenty of privacy but is on a shared lot with another camp on it. You will receive one of three campsites located next to one another. Parking is shared and Lake portion of the property is shared with shared kayaks and stand up paddle boards for use on a first come first serve basis! Never an issue plenty to do! You will have a private campsite so bring your tents and your bikes. I have some shared kayaks your welcome to use. The campsite is on a large plot of land that has a camp on it that’s rented out in addition to a couple other campsites. Plenty of privacy though! Only room for parking one car! Pets must be leashed and picked up after! This is a take in take out campsite State park with showers and a rec park with basketball, baseball, racket ball courts within walking distance. Nearest convenient store 5 minutes Burlington - 25 minutes Plattsburgh - 1 hour Montreal - 1.5 hours Lots of local places to eat and boat rentals near by. Full harvestable (seasonally) apple orchard near lake access. Please bring your own fire wood. Provided are your basic camping gear such as a fire pit, solar lights, and a couple of chairs and hammocks. Please note these sites are in a semi residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced and so are trespassing on neighboring properties! So if you are unsure just ask :) I respond fast! You will get one roughly 20x20 campsite on a large property under an apple orchard. You will have shared access to the beach and shared parking. You will have direct contact with me via cell phone.
