At Marie and Charlie's room in country villa

Cozy room with no overlooking windows, comfortable 160-cm bed, in a quiet house in the heart of a green setting. Private bathroom and toilets. Sheltered parking, closed garage (bikes/motorcycles). Accommodation 500m from the center of Cruseilles (6 min walk). The village, located between Annecy and Geneva and close to the highways, offers all amenities: shops, restaurants, swimming pool and leisure base as well as many walks nearby. The space This is a three-story house with four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Common entrance with staircase access to the bedroom for rent on the first level. The house is surrounded by a large garden and has a terrace, (accessible to guests). Guest access Guests will have access to private bathrooms on the same floor as their room. The bathroom (also private) is a few steps higher. During your stay I will be available to guests during their stay, and largely present, with complete discretion of course. Other things to note Guests are not expected to use the kitchen and living room. The bedroom is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle with coffee pods and tea bags and infusions. A cat walks around the house but never has access to the room for rent.
