The house is bright and modernly furnished and equipped with, among other things, air conditioning, a wood-burning stove, and an Egg BBQ. Close to the North Sea beaches (9 km), Keukenhof (25 min), and cities such as Amsterdam (20 min), The Hague (20 min), and Leiden (10 min) are nearby. The space The room is bright, modernly furnished, spacious and completely made of wood. This luxury house has all the comforts and has a total of 6 beds. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed (one of which is closed, the other is open) and there is a room with a bunk bed. Upon arrival, the beds are already made for you! There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with Jura coffee machine (coffee beans), kettle, fridge, dishwasher and electric stove. In the living room, there is a wood stove, sofa and armchair. There is a spacious dining table. The cottages have heating and air conditioning. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Also there is a washing machine available. The cottage has a terrace in front of and back. Around is a garden for your own use including an egg BBQ and garden furniture. There is a shared lawn for soccer or for a game of croquet. A pizza oven for delicious pizzas, a jetty to dock your boat (or rent a boat from us in the boating season), a trampoline and jeu de boule are also among the possibilities. There are sup's available. Parking at the door is free, electric charging is possible. Bed linen and towels included. Pets are allowed. There are 4 cottages on the property, renting several cottages at the same time is possible. Guest access There are 4 wooden cabins on the property. There is a communal garden, and each house also has a private garden. The jetty and communal lawn are also accessible. Each house has an Egg BBQ. There is a trampoline, a pétanque court, and a pizza oven that everyone can use. Swimming is possible in Lake Vennemeer. Stand-up paddleboards and a kayak are available for guests to use free of charge. It is possible to rent a boat from us. Next to our property is a marina with a restaurant. During the season, the restaurant is open and accessible to guests of the Lakehouses. There are games available that you can use such as jeu de boule/petanque, croquet, shuffleboard, soccer and badminton. Board games are also provided. Other things to note Our 4 cottages are very centrally located; the beach in Katwijk and Noordijk is a 20-minute drive, the old student city of Leiden with all its beautiful museums and canals is a 10-minute drive. Amsterdam is easily accessible in 20 minutes, and The Hague is a 15-minute drive. The cottages overlook the meadows and polder around Oud Ade and border the water of the Vennemeer and the Kagerplassen. Each cottage has its own berth available for a boat. Swimming is possible in the lake. Dogs are welcome at the lake houses if they are on a leash and do not sleep on beds or couches.
