Guest access Guest have access to all the house except the hall closet besides the laundry room, pantry, garage and attic. Other things to note The a/c will need to be maintained between 70 and 75. Do not set under 70 since it might freeze and you will have no cool air and will be responsible for technician call-out charges. Supplies are provided to get you set up for a few days before having to buy new stock for your use. It is not the responsibility of the host to sustain stock during all of the guest stay. Do not turn off blink box near the tv in the living room. Do not tamper with recording cameras. Cleaners are available in between your stay for an additional fee. Please contact host. If excess of spills on counters, floors, fridge, trash a charge will be submitted via resolution for $150. If linens are damaged or missing a charge will be sent via resolution. We ask to treat our home as yours. We offer supplies to get guest started upon arrival. Host is not responsible for supplies for all your stay. We do not offer wood for fire pit nor charcoal. You may find some at Walmart or Home Depot near the home. Kindly note, we disclaim responsibility for deliveries to the residence.
