This comfortable home is located in the heart of the Great North Woods on a very private 11 acres. We are close to ATV trails (1 mile) and have direct access to Snowmobile trails. For outdoor enthusiasts we are in the center of it all hike, fish, hunt, ride, and at the end of the day have plenty of room to relax in the house or around the fire ring with all your family and friends. We also have a large private parking area for multiple trucks and trailers so bring your toys and enjoy. This spacious home is perfect for travelers who like to bring all their friends or family along. With a huge master bedroom suite with its own bath and a small quiet work area, two other bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room the home will easily accommodate three or four couples or two families and all on one floor. The camp chef will fall in love with the large modern kitchen with all of the conveniences of home, or grill on the back deck. For the young kids there is a fenced in back yard and the older kids will have plenty of room to play in the yard or woods. For rainy days there are games and video games to enjoy. We have 25 Mbps internet speed for telecommuting and can boost that to as much as 100 Mbps for longer term guests if required. You will have use of the entire home (aside from a storage room in the basement) and full run of the 11 acre property. One bay of the heated garage in the basement is also available for one car, bikes, sleds, etc. The other bay holds a pool table for guests to use in warmer months. The garage is heated to around 50 degrees. Access to home is from the side door with key pad. I live in town, just a text or call away. We are located across from the Hampshire Woods development, and the property abuts Corser Brook Rd. which interconnects with literally hundreds of miles of logging roads which are open to the public to explore, mountain bike, hunt, or fish from. For snowmobilers we have direct trail access via our private trail. We don't yet have direct ATV trail access, but we are only one mile from the Millsfield parking area where you can access the entire Ride the Wilds trail system and with plenty of private on site parking for trucks with trailers you won't have to unhook from your trailer. Jericho ATV Park in Berlin is only a 45 minute drive away. Fishing opportunities abound including the well stocked Clear Stream right across the highway. The Umbagog Lake National Wildlife Refuge is a few miles away. The lake is loaded with bass and offers ice fishing and some incredible spring salmon and brook trout fishing. Umbagog is also a great place to explore nature from a boat or kayak and visitors commonly see loons, bald eagles, and moose. Fly fisherman will love the Androscoggin river only 4 miles away and the famed Magalloway River just over the border in Maine. Snowmobile from property via private trail. ATV trails, one mile to Millsfield parking lot. Do NOT follow gps! We are 3.5 miles west of downtown Errol, on Rt 26. If your gps is trying to send you into a trailer park stay on the highway you still have 1.5 miles to go.
