Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the shaded outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 70€/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Guest access Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! The 1st floor of the building is closed and not accessible to guests. The entire villa (indoor & outdoor) is on the ground floor and is fully accessible by guests to enjoy.
