The Westfield location is perfect for those that want to experience the suburbs yet have easy access to the NJ Shore beaches or the cultural and business options here in the NYC metro area. The space The private unit has a living room with an attached full kitchen featuring granite countertops and all fully stainless appliances, including a built-in under-counter microwave, gas stove/oven, and quiet dishwasher. Enjoy your meal, set up your laptops at the counter bar, or use the dining table. The living room has a 55" HDTV & streaming programming for your enjoyment. The KING bedroom features a super comfortable bed, ample storage for your belongings, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and large vanity. If you are traveling with more than 2 people or simply need the second bedroom has a QUEEN mattress, dresser, and large closet for your belongings and a full bathroom directly across from the bedroom, with a tub/shower combination. We also have a pullout SINGLE bed loveseat in the living-room that is perfect for a child or younger teen/adult. The entire unit has Hardwood floors and area rugs for added comfort. This unit has its own private entrance, and is located on the 2nd floor of the building (first floor of living quarters). There is a full washers & dryers inside the unit for your use. The unit is bright with large windows with roller shades for privacy. **As we are currently making some furniture and art updates, some images may not represent the actual final colors etc, however, the space is accurate. Once complete, we will update the photos in the unit.** This is an entirely private unit, not shared. The unit has a common entrance to the building, but private into the unit. We offer one parking spot if you need it, that is covered. We need to know in advance if you will bring a car. Should you wish to bring your bike, we have bike racks for your use. Full access to the building and all of the amenities that we have. The kitchen is well-stocked for your cooking and eating needs. The beds have brand-new luxury linens, and all towels are provided. We also use a digital code for entry into the building and a keypad entry into the unit, which will be provided before arrival. Although I do not live on the property, there is a property manager that can help answer any questions during your stay! This apt is on the first living level of the building (floor 2). Within the building, it is fully ONE level. There are stairs to access the 2nd floor of the building, as well as an elevator. We have carts for your use to transport your luggage, if necessary (we ask you do not bring them into the unit, and return them to the garage when complete.) It is well appointed, quiet and VERY centrally located yet not in the middle of downtown. Great for shopping, dining and a lovely suburban setting. *There will be, at times, early am trash pickup on surrounding streets and an occasional train whistle...but all are short-lived. *The building is very secure, and the exterior of the building and interior hallways are monitored at all times. *Should would wish to stay with us for an extended stay, we can help you navigate any necessary package deliveries.
