The Boathouse

A romantic Boathouse lodge set within stunning grounds. The space Our Boathouse accommodation, which sits in a beautiful location with rolling countryside views next to the water’s edge, located next door to Garthmyl Hall itself. The Boathouse sleeps 2 people in a super king four poster bed and boasts an amazing copper bath on the mezzanine bedroom floor, looking out towards Montgomery Monument. With the option for a put up double bed for an extra cost. Down the oak stairs you can will find the tastefully decorated living area with French Chic vibes, and a fully-fitted kitchen with granite worktop. The bathroom has a large walk in shower with rainfall showerhead, finished off with beautiful tiling and an impressive sink! There is a huge decking area, perfect for relaxing with a book or taking in the views from the deckchairs, with bi-fold doors that can be fully opened on a nice day. Or cosy up around the fire pit in the evening whilst watching the sun set. We’re dog friendly and there’s a big private field surrounding the Boathouse where only you as guests will be. The main hall of Garthmyl is private property and if there is not anything on during your stay you will be allowed to walk around the formal gardens but dogs must be on leads and all poop is picked up. There are lots of lovely walks surrounding us. Please note there is NO TV inside the property but there is wifi. Other things to note Parking is not directly by the Boat house a small walk from the main hall.
