If check-in is before 5pm, the form is signed the same day, if not the next day. To facilitate the 1st access to the apartment, please send me the IDs before your arrival in order to communicate them to the property management office. Other things to note We systematically change bed sheets, towels, duvet covers and pillowcases after each departure The guest must provide their ID after confirming the booking in accordance with Moroccan law for renting apartments. In the event that the check-out time is not respected (unless agreed in advance), a fee of 500 Dirhams will be charged. Loss of the garage remote control will be charged at 350 Dirhams and the lock tag at 100 Dirhams POOL RULES 1. Swimming pool access 1.1. The pool is reserved exclusively for residents of the Peninsula residence, including co-owners and their tenants declared and identified by security. 1.2. Access is allowed only to persons wearing the pool bracelet provided by the property manager. 1.3. Each apartment can receive up to 4 wristbands. Wristbands must be visible at all times when using the pool. 1.4. Tenants are not allowed to receive guests. 2. Opening hours 2.1. The pool is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 2.2. Access to the pool outside opening hours is strictly prohibited. 3. Security and Surveillance 3.1. A security guard will be present to monitor the pool from July 1, 2025. 3.2. A lifeguard will be available from July 1, 2025 to ensure the safety of swimmers until August 31, 2025. 3.3. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. An exemption may be granted for unaccompanied children if a signed parental release is provided. 4. Behavior and Hygiene 4.1. It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool and to wear appropriate swimwear suitable. It is strictly forbidden to swim with your clothes on. 4.2. Noisy games, back diving and dangerous behavior are prohibited. 4.3. Food and drinks are not allowed within the pool enclosure. 4.4. Pets are strictly prohibited within the pool enclosure. 4.5. No smoking in the pool area. 5. Respect for the facilities 5.1. Users must respect the facilities and equipment available to them. 5.2. Any damage caused to the facilities will be the responsibility of the person who caused the damage. 5.3. Waste must be disposed of in the designated bins. 6. Sanctions 6.1. Any violation of these regulations may result in a ban on access to the pool. 6.2. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities and may result in legal proceedings. 7. Special provisions 7.1. The trustee reserves the right to close the pool for maintenance, safety, or any other reason deemed necessary. 7.2.
