The lift will take you from the parking space in the underground garage to the 10th floor, where the light-flooded flat is located. You will find a 105 square metre flat with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet, laundry room in the flat, living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. You may start your day with delicious STARBUCKS coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this flat, including the terrace with lounge, a barbecue and breathtaking views over Oldenburg. The bedrooms have comfortable 1.60m and 1.80m double beds. In the living area you will find a cosy seating area with sofa bed and armchair, large 55" smart TV and BOSE music box. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. The bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower. The laundry room in the flat is equipped with a washing machine and dryer (combination unit). Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel & shampoo, etc. Guest access The entire flat is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! You will also have access to the underground garage and waste disposal room. Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You can also expect a welcome kit with coffee and tea. Additional services: - late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked at an extra charge. - Cleaning during your stay can also be booked at an extra charge A registration form must be completed before check-in. The barbecue must be cleaned by guests after use - appropriate equipment is available. For a non-successful barbecue cleaning we charge 50€ additional cleaning fee.
