After 3 years of self-construction, we decided to go see the country! With us, you will be at home :) The house is perfectly equipped as this is our main house. The villa is new; outdoor brazier, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are available. Our villa will be ideal for stays with family, friends or even for your corporate seminars and brainstorming sessions with a setting conducive to relaxation and creativity! The space An exceptional villa on the shores of Lake Geneva – for unforgettable family memories or inspiring seminars Welcome to a house where every detail has been thought of to create memorable moments, whether for a stay with family, friends or to bring your teams together during a seminar. 👉 The living space At the heart of the villa, an extraordinary living room of more than 80 m² bathed in light: a large living room, a friendly dining room and a perfectly equipped open kitchen, ideal for sharing gourmet meals or organizing friendly breaks. 👉 Bedrooms & Bathrooms The villa offers 5 bedrooms with all the comforts you need: - A master suite on the ground floor with double dressing room, private bathroom and toilet. - Upstairs, 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom (shared toilet). - In the basement, a 5th bedroom with private shower room/toilet and large TV screen (without window). 👉 Wellness & Relaxation Outside, let yourself be seduced by the jacuzzi, sauna, brazier or swimming pool, perfect for meeting up after a day full of discoveries or collaborative work. Other things to note We would like to remind you that Leman Window is our main house, which we have been building ourselves, with our hearts, for several years. By letting you into our home, we let you into our private life and we hope you will respect our cocoon :) You will therefore be asked for a bank imprint as a deposit of up to €2000, and we will send a contract to be returned to us signed.
