Experience nature and tranquility in the bunkie that offers full amenities and an awesome forest view. Only 3 minutes by car to the spectacular Ipperwash beach. 8 minutes to the Pinery and 15 minutes to Grand Bend. Private entrance, patio, and firepit area. Parking shared with house guests and/or owner. *Note: There are many stairs leading up to the bunkie. *No hair dryer. Please bring your own. Thx. The space Room in bunkie with 3 pc Bathroom-(Shower/toilet/sink), AC, microwave, small brand new fridge, electric range (no oven) , coffee maker (coffee), small blender, and tv with wifi. *Note: there are many stairs leading up to bunkie. Guest access Entrance, Upper patio area with chairs and small table, firepit, and BBQ area are separate from house. Other things to note Please bring your own beach towels. Bunkie towels to remain in Bunkie. Please try to keep as much sand from entering Bunkie (shake off towels, shoes or any other beach items to limit sand from damaging septic system). Thank you.
