The space Reminder: we do not allow smoking, children, or pets. 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo (sleeps up to 4) is open with more than enough room to spread out in comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools and utensils you need to prepare meals and snacks. A large dining room table has plenty of room to dine in style. The master bedroom has a king memory foam mattress and the second bedroom a king memory foam topper. Each bedroom is super comfy with luxury bedding. 2 full bathrooms for maximum comfort one with a luxury walk-in shower. The lanai area is perfect for taking in the ocean view and practicing yoga. The grounds of the condo complex are gated, and there are numerous common open areas including a basketball hoop, pool, pool deck, sun deck and gazebo. We are a smoke free campus. Smoking and vaping should be done outside the parking lot fence or off premises. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire condo. Shared spaces include: The pool on ground level is a great place to relax and guests have full access. The sitting area is partially covered for those who want a break from the sun. The second floor deck is also a stellar place to take some sun offering an umbrella table with chairs as well as lay flat sunning chairs. On your way to the beach you'll find a sun deck and covered gazebo. On the north side of the parking lot there is a basketball hoop (bring your ball).
