The space We are renting the downstairs flat of our family home. The apartment include a hallway, a large living room, a spacious double bedroom with en suite shower room and toilet. A newly refurbished kitchen with induction hob, toaster and kettle. A large amenity room that doubles up as a double bedroom. There is outside dining area under the veranda. The flat is light with cooler temperature due to the large thick walls ideal in the summer heat. Guest access You will have access to the downstairs flat, the pool during the summer, and the garden. Other things to note Within a 15 minutes walk from the train station or a 5 minutes bus ride, 3 hours direct train journey from Paris or 55 minutes from Lyon airport. There is a wide choice of exciting supermarkets, local produce, fruit and vegetables, Nougat and world renowned Cotes du Rhone wine.
