In the spacious living room, two comfortable sofas and an armchair invite you to relax. Satellite flat screen TV, Blu-ray player and stereo system with The space CD players are available. Books and board games are also provided. Solid beech furniture and a farmhouse cabinet give the dining area a high-quality, cozy ambience. At the large dining table, not only can board games be played, but also any necessary paperwork can be done. Just move your home office to Sylt for a few weeks! The open beech wood kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with a 3-star freezer compartment, induction stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and electric mixer. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and bathtub. Hairdryer and cosmetic mirror are available as well as shower gel and hair shampoo. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (two 90x200) with adjustable and comfortable foam mattresses. Two nightstands and a large wardrobe offer plenty of storage space. Outside, there is a sheltered sunny garden area with beach chair, garden furniture and charcoal grill for your exclusive use. Storage space for your bikes, beach utensils and surfboards can be found in the lockable garden shed. Special features Linen packages can be booked for €35 per package (2 small towels, 2 large towels, sheets, pillow and duvet cover, 1 bath mat and a dish towel)! The final cleaning of the apartment is carried out by us. For this we charge €130 per stay. Wi-Fi is available in this apartment free of charge. Free calls to all German landlines are possible.
