You’ll have a free parking space right in front of your entrance. The laundry room is conveniently located next to your parking space, featuring a coin-operated washer ($1.50 per wash) and dryer ($1 per dry). The main door is equipped with a digital smart lock, and you’ll receive a unique passcode for self check-in. The host will not be present during check-in or check-out. The parking area is illuminated with motion-sensor LED lights. For your security, multiple outdoor surveillance cameras operate 24/7. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire unit, which includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living/dining room, and a kitchen. Check-in is available anytime after 3 PM on your arrival day. If you arrive late, please respect Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Feel free to use the small outdoor table with three chairs located outside the bedroom window. You can also access the front and back yards, but your designated parking spot is right in front of your door. During your stay, you may receive mail in the mailbox at the front entrance or package deliveries at your doorstep. The laundry room is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM.
