Luxury Retreat with Waterfront View Delta Access

Please note, do not book if you are planning to use the house for partying. Partying means drinking, recreational drugs and etc. There is an ongoing construction next door to us. Welcome to our luxurious 5-bedroom Discovery Bay retreat! Nestled next to fast water, enjoy stunning views from large windows. Entertainment abounds with an 8-seating theater room, billiards, and a spacious kitchen. Perfect for families or friends, unwind in style in this big house with ample room to relax. The space THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING 1. PURPOSE: The use of our property is for family retreat purposes only. No party. No drinking party. No drugs. No smoking. No loud music. 2. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Limit: We allow maximum of 10 overnight guests and 4 daytime guests includes all ages. Day time guests are visitor who do not stay overnight. Day time guest must be registered prior to check-in date. Toddler Policy: Our home is not toddler-proof, and we can accommodate a maximum of 4 toddlers. Please consider this when planning your stay. 3. ANIMALS/PETS: Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets on our property at this time due to health considerations. But with conditions, it may be acceptable so please message us for this request. 3. DOCK SPACE: We do have a dock space where you can dock your boats/waver runners, however, it has no lift. You will have to tie your boat onto our dock. Maximum of 2 boats. 4. ALLERGIES: If you have environmental or animal allergies, we do not recommend our place since we are surrounded by wetland, wildlife, and pet visitors at times. We also have a constant visitor of outdoor cats, opossum who at times comes by at our deck when no one is around. 5. Upon confirming your reservation, we will request your personal email address. A company specific rental agreement will be emailed to the provided address and needs to be signed by both parties within 1 week after the reservation confirmation via DocuSign along with your valid photo government issued ID attached to the rental agreement. We will also send you a guest registration form and it has to be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to register all guest. The detailed arrival instructions will be sent after. Guest access CLOSED FOR GUEST ACCESS: 1. There are two indoor Garage Space, one will be closed for owner's personal belongings and the other one is accessible to guest. 2. Wine Cellar: Closed for owner's personal belongings 3. Rooftop: There is a spiral staircase towards the rooftop that guests are not permitted to enter. 4. Sunrise Master bedroom Closet is also closed for owner's personal belongings.
