This property is located in a fully secured residence, with a guard. This premium property has a double garage in the basement directly accessible by elevator and available for guests. This bedroom has its own separate bathroom, with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet as well as its own balcony. Bedroom 2, 20 m2, has 2 beds 80 x 200, which can be brought together to form a bed 160 x 200. Separate shower room, with walk-in shower, sink and separate toilet. These two night spaces are totally autonomous and private so that two couples can reside in the apartment, being totally independent. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and you'll just need to fill the fridge to cook and treat your taste buds. The apartment is fully air conditioned, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with TV. Guest access The accommodation is entirely for guests. Other things to note Hotel service, we pay special attention to linens (no need to clutter up with sheets and towels.) Your beds are made on arrival with blankets and under pillowcases. In order to guarantee you the best possible hygiene, we take care of the cleaning before your arrival and upon your departure (as long as the apartment is left in a respectable condition, of course). Linens are provided, - one shower sheet and one towel per person, - bath mat, - fitted sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover per bed. You also have dishcloths, hand towels and tablecloths for the duration of your stay. We accept your furry friends, except for dangerous breeds of dogs. You will be charged an extra €100, this amount includes the systematic aerosol, anti-flea and anti-mite treatment of the apartment after your stay to ensure the best hygiene for everyone. ** Housekeeping details. Cleaning is done before your arrival as well as disinfection and we take very special care. Given the current context, we've made the decision to add a disinfectant to the apartment's surfaces after the usual cleaning, as recommended by the Airbnb disinfection protocol. All sheets provided and bath towels are washed at a minimum of 60 and up to 90 degrees. All sheets are steam ironed by us. We also commit to washing the underpillow cases and duvets as well as the cushions and the living room sofa plaid between each tenant.
