We are just over eight minute drive from the beach and just 10 minutes drive from Woodbury common AONB The space This is a very spacious house. Each of the four bedrooms are a generous size. There are two rooms with king size beds one room with bunk beds and a sofa bed, and one room with 2 single beds and a double. Upstairs has a family bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower. There is an additional bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower. The ground floor space is just as generous with an open plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table and games/tv area/ snug additional sleeping area. A separate lounge opening up to the garden. The garden offers various areas, a patio with bar style table/barstools and parasol, a trampoline and an outdoor shower. The upper level of the garden has a grassed area, a large decking area with outdoor sofa and dining table and a gas barbecue. This house has been purposely designed for getting together with your family and friends. Guest access The house has an occupied annexe which is not available, the main house, garden and drive for four cars is all available.
