The exterior presents a generous wrap-around porch, offering numerous seating choices for basking in the sun, hosting outdoor and unwinding. Inside, the well-stocked, recently modernized kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances alongside charming and nostalgic accents. Gather with up to eight guests around a group-friendly vintage icebox and stove, perfect for capturing vacation memories. Some Complimentary coffee & tea. The lower level of the house encompasses a spacious eat-in kitchen, a laundry room a welcoming living room, a private office area with several desks and a guest 1/2 bathroom. Ascending to the second floor reveals three stunning and supremely comfortable bedrooms, accompanied by a recently renovated additional bathroom. The master suite radiates spacious luxury, while the peacock bedroom exudes a sense of fun and roominess. Lastly, the charmingly named blue bedroom offers both comfort and a touch of whimsy. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance issues immediately and give hosts ample time to resolve any issues. At least 24 hours, depending on the time of reporting any issues. Early check out due to cleaning, maintenance or any other reason without notification does not allow any refunds. We enforce our strict NO REFUNDS policy Guest access The residence operates on a self-check-in system with a keyless keypad. A unique code for accessing the property will be shared with you on the morning of your check-in. You'll enjoy unrestricted access to the entire house, excluding explicitly indicated and locked spaces. We kindly request that you refrain from accessing the locked attic, cabinets, and zones designated for staff only. Please be aware that the Internet/WIFI were any utilities that we do not control service might experience occasional disruptions or reduced speeds. Unfortunately, refunds or cancellations will not be offered due to interruptions or variations in Internet/WIFI service performance. This include includes utilities. Other things to note We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video around the perimeter of our house. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever. This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates and other pets, wild animals as well as all kinds of bugs that are common in this type of climate. Per AirBnb's listing requirement, we are required to notify you of possibility of encountering a dangerous animal on this property. We have a pest control service to deal with these creatures. If you come across any of them, you must contact us via AirBnB's Direct Message system immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover both inside our house or outside on our property. Many of these creatures are free roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring properties and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of the same. We can't control the weather, traffic, neighbors, or anything unexpected. Please plan your trip accordingly. We leave plenty of cleaning supplies to avoid excessive cleaning fees. Any seasoning, and other extra items in our pantries are complimentary to use but please do not take. You are welcome to use what you need. There will be an additional cleaning fee if the grill or surrounding areas in or around the home are left excessively dirty. We provide free parking on the property. Please note that we keep our personal food truck on property. We asked that this not be disturbed and Guest do not have access to this food truck. All guests must be comfortable with climbing stairs. There are railings on the stairs but no guards or gates on either floor. We frequently exterminate the interior and the exterior for termites, no see ums, mosquitos, and many Florida bugs some will still find a way in. We have lots of foliage and trees around the home. No refunds are provided if Guest find any types of bugs inside or outside of the home. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues or concerns. We must be given the opportunity to enter the home and given ample time to arrive and correct any concerns or maintenance needed. The exterminator comes once a month and the landscapers come every other week. The water irrigation system is on a timer and could come on throughout the day depending on the season. It’s more frequent in the summer. Minors can not be left unattended in the home. 6 guest capacity at all times. No parties or large gatherings of any kind! No smoking inside the home or around the exterior furniture.. Do not disturb the neighbors. The side of the home is being used for storage of outdoor furniture, tools and misc. items. We park and operate a food truck in the parking lot area of this home 5-7 days a week. We do not disturb the guests unless they want to be fed.
